PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
All products sold by Acorn Asia Services are new and factory fresh, and are personally inspected by us before shipping. Unless you
notify us to the contrary by the day after receiving delivery, the products shall be deemed to have been accepted by you in good condition.
Acorn Asia Services is committed to product excellence. We have a 5-day
defective product return guarantee. Should you receive a
defective product, or if any part of your order has been damaged during shipment, please contact us
immediately.
Be sure to give us a description of the problem and the invoice number, and we will either contact you via phone, or email you,
with return directions and a Return Authorization Number. Please do not return merchandise to us without the Return Authorization Number.
Return guarantee is void if the merchandise has been defaced, changed, repaired or altered by any person other than our authorized personnel.
